• enjoyed corncakes & b&g @ The French Market Cafe.
• melted while watching the Decadence Parade.
• fell in love w/ the Cajun sampler (seafood gumbo, shrimp creole!!, cajun fried chicken, jambalaya, & red beans and rice) @ Coop's.
• drank bourbon (& tequila, & beer, & daquiris!) on Bourbon.
• 4th mealed on muffaleta & Zapps.

• sampled pralines whilst strolling the French Market.

• flew from KC to Memphis to New Orleans (hating Delta all the way)
• checked in to the (lovely) Place d'Armes
• enjoyed charbroiled oysters (yum) & spicy N'awlins scrimps (dbl yum!) @ Dragos ($$$, bad svc)

• had a stand-off w/ the Flower Cart Lady (& made her cry)

• got my Text-A-Librarian release picked up by The Pitch (yay!)
• enjoyed (2 veggie boigers, 1 dog) @ "Welcome Back Bloch School Students & Alumni" cookout
• transferred 6 shows (2 Flipping Out, 2 Models of the Runway, 1 MadMen, 2 Glee) from TiVo to laptop to watch whilst travelling (can't-miss-progrms-can't-miss-progrms)
• attended Consensus board meeting.
• packed for weekend in The Big Easy!!

• scheduled Sen. Ridgeway for a liberry tour.

• stayed in/on bed 'til 11a & in sweats all day (decadent).
• caught up w/ AMC, (crazyass) Rachel Zoe, m'grl NeNe in the ATL, & Top Chef LV
• finished/submitted liberry endowment report (multi-tasking!)
• had tacos & margs @ Margaritas w/ (& refereed between) GM & RD.
